THEME: GREATNESS

On January 31, 2026, we successfully hosted PLAN 2026, a transformational event themed “GREATNESS.” The programme brought together 120 participants, including students, recent graduates, employed professionals, and self-employed individuals, with a shared goal: to gain practical insights and inspiration for building a truly great year in 2026.

The event featured impactful keynote addresses from Mrs. Theodosia Jackson, Co-Founder and Principal of Jackson University College, and Mr. Sebastian Appiah, Executive Director of Sebs Inspiration. Both speakers explored the concept of greatness and shared actionable insights on strategic, operational, executional, and contingency planning, equipping participants with tools to plan effectively for personal and professional success.

A dynamic panel discussion followed on the topic “Positioning for Greatness: Lessons from Academia, Industry, and Business.” The panelists included:

  • Professor John Addotey, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, KNUST

  • Mr. Samuel Archer, Businessman and Executive Director, ARCVAN Ghana LTD

  • Mr. Rex Babo, Development Practitioner

  • Ivy Hollys, Gospel Musician and TV3 Mentor XIV Finalist

Drawing from their diverse backgrounds, the panelists shared practical lessons, real-life experiences, and strategies for growth, resilience, and excellence across different fields.

PLAN 2026 was a highly engaging and insightful event, marked by meaningful conversations, thought-provoking questions, and positive interaction between participants and resource persons. Attendees left inspired, informed, and better equipped to intentionally plan and pursue greatness in 2026 and beyond.
